By becoming a member of the JUSTIN Wine Society, you are agreeing to subscribe to receive ongoing, continuous basis shipments of the JUSTIN Wine Society option you selected, and to have your credit or debit card automatically charged on a recurring basis for two shipments per year (once in April and again in October) until you cancel your membership.

As a member of the JUSTIN Wine Society, you also agree to the following:

• The price of each selection shipment and the associated recurring charge will vary ($240 - $410 for 6-bottle shipments, $480 - $820 for 12-bottle shipments, plus any applicable taxes and fees), but it will always be at least 20% less than the retail price of the wines included in the shipment
• Two to three weeks prior to being charged, you will receive an email notification and will have a chance to review your order before it is processed
• You may cancel your membership at any time, or skip one club shipment if needed, after you purchase the two minimum consecutive shipments
• To avoid being automatically charged for your next shipment, you must cancel your membership before the charge date listed in your email notification by contacting the JUSTIN Wine Society by phone at 805.591.3200 or by email at winesociety@justinwine.com
• Your membership is subject to these Terms of Use, which among other undertakings, require you to agree to be bound by the Binding Arbitration and Waiver of Class Action provisions contained therein
• We will handle all the information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You certify that you are at least 21 years of age at the time you join the JUSTIN Wine Society and that your shipments will be signed for at the time of delivery by an adult over the age of 21
• You understand that we are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered because the shipment address is inaccurate or out of date
