Return Policy
Except for any library or large format wines (e.g., any bottle equal to or greater than 3L), we will gladly replace any bottle of wine purchased from JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. To return an item, please contact us within 180 days of purchase, via e-mail, at winesociety@justinwine.com to arrange for the return of a corked or otherwise flawed product. We ask you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle together with a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect any returned product prior to issuing a refund. Items that are (a) opened or damaged, (b) do not have a receipt or proof of purchase, or (c) were purchased more than 180 days from the initial return request may be denied a refund.
Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded to the original form of payment within 30 days. However, if the original form of payment was a credit card that has since expired or been cancelled, and the refund cannot be processed to such credit card, you hereby agree that we can, in our sole discretion, issue the total amount of the applicable refund to you in the form of a JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery gift card.
We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns.
