On-Property Experiences

During an Estate Tasting, our team of Wine Guides will educate you on JUSTIN’s history and winemaking practices and taste you through our current selections. The Estate Tasting Flight fee is waived for Wine Society Members and three guests.&nbsp;Our seasonal á la carte lunch menu is available from 11:00 am–2:30 pm Thursday through Monday. Be sure to ask about our house-made chocolate flight add-on!

Estate Tasting

Experience the JUSTIN Estate from within the vineyards by booking this exclusive ATV tour. Guided by one of our Wine Educators, you and your friends will enjoy a premium tasting flight of JUSTIN wines while you explore our founder's estate. This experience is available for up to 5 guests - for a private experience, reserve all 5 seats and one seat will be complimentary.

ATV Vineyard Tour & Premium Tasting

Take a tour of our spectacular property on the most scenic bike ride around. Electric bicycles will do most of the work while our Wine Guides tell you each of our vineyard’s unique stories. Afterward, enjoy a tour of our Barrel Chai and a wine tasting on the Chateau patio overlooking the route just traveled.

e-Bike Tour and Tasting

Join us for an educational tasting of how we compose our iconic blend, ISOSCELES. Led by one of our Senior Wine Guides, you will taste samples directly taken from the barrel of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc while learning how each variety interacts with one another and creating your own ISOSCELES blend in the process. Concluding with tasting a vintage of ISOSCELES alongside your creation.

Barrel Tasting & Deconstructing ISOSCELES

A chocolate lover’s ultimate immersion. In this 2-hour experience learn all about chocolate production from our JUSTIN Chocolatiers, while designing and painting your own custom truffles to take home with you. While the finishing touches are being placed on your creations you will experience the perfect pairing with our award-winning JUSTIN wines.

Chocolatier for a Day

In this exclusive experience, which is guided by one of our Senior Wine Educators, we invite you into our cellar for a tour of our wine caves. You will learn about our history and winemaking philosophy while tasting our most celebrated wines. This hour-long experience culminates in a taste of our newest vintage of ISOSCELES, directly from the barrel.

Cave Tour and Barrel Tasting

Enjoy an hour-long guided walking tour with The Restaurant at JUSTIN’s expert Farmstead Manager in our edible chef garden. While enjoying a glass of Rosé, you will be introduced to a variety of unique fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Learn how we utilize these ingredients at JUSTIN, discover secrets to gardening, herbal remedies, plants utilized as natural insect repellents, and other insights into growing techniques. Conclude your experience with an opportunity to pick your favorite herb(s) and make a blended tisane (herbal tea), salt, or other garden take-a-way.
