Cabernet Sauvignon is a grape that grows well in a variety of climates, each reflecting a different facet of this grape’s personality. The varied differences in soils and climate within the Paso Robles AVA gives us a range of cabernet that we can use for our best, complex blends like ISOSCELES, or shining on its own as we do in the JUSTIN Reserve Cabernet. Each year, we select the boldest, most highly structured lot of our Cabernet Sauvignon to showcase in this wine, reflecting the tradition of highly expressive single variety wines that put California on the wine map.
