About the Wine
If you know JUSTIN, you know we love Paso. The community, the climate, the creativity – it’s a spectacular place to make wine. That’s why we’re pleased to bring you one of our latest releases: Reserve Rosé, crafted with grapes grown in this special region. This small-production wine represents the best Rosé of Grenache. Made with the same exacting standards as our flagship wines, this offering features a richer mouthfeel along with strong balancing freshness. The medium-bodied Reserve Rosé showcases racy acidity with a more robust texture.
Please note: this wine is available exclusively to Wine Society Members as part of our Spring Shipment release. Orders placed before spring shipments will ship in late April, after Members receive first access. Tasting Notes
Body
Appearance
Clear, pale pink color with copper undertones and moderate tears in the glass.
Aroma
Aromatically intense with acacia flowers and orange zest, watermelon rind, passionfruit, and a sea-breeze salinity.
Palate
Dry and medium-bodied, with juicy white grapefruit, strawberry, and starfruit on entry with a midpalate of savory herbs and a hint of white pepper. The texture of the wine complements the full fruit and floral character, while the bright acidity adds a welcome freshness.
