Estate Tasting and Lunch
During an Estate Tasting, our team of Wine Guides will educate you on JUSTIN’s history and winemaking practices and taste you through our current selections. The Estate Tasting Flight fee is waived for Wine Society Members and three guests.
Our seasonal á la carte lunch menu is available from 11:00 am–2:30 pm Thursday through Monday. Be sure to ask about our house-made chocolate flight add-on!

Heritage Flight
Enjoy a rare opportunity to savor some of the last remaining vintage expressions of our iconic wines, poured directly from our cellar. Choose five library wines from a rotating selection of extremely limited availability vintages, thoughtfully curated by our expert sommeliers.
Luxury Vineyard Tour & Premium Tasting
Experience the JUSTIN Estate from within the vineyards by booking this exclusive vineyard tour. Guided by one of our Wine Educators, you and your friends will enjoy a premium tasting flight of JUSTIN wines while you explore our founder’s estate. This experience is available for up to five guests - for a private experience, reserve all five seats and one seat will be complimentary.
Chocolatier for a Day
A chocolate lover’s ultimate immersion. In this 3-hour experience learn all about chocolate production from our JUSTIN Chocolatiers, while designing and painting your own custom truffles to take home with you. While the finishing touches are being placed on your creations you will experience the perfect pairing with our award-winning JUSTIN wines.
Cave Tour and Barrel Tasting
In this exclusive experience, which is guided by one of our Senior Wine Educators, we invite you into our cellar for a tour of our wine caves. You will learn about our history and winemaking philosophy while tasting our most celebrated wines. This hour-long experience culminates in a taste of our newest vintage of ISOSCELES, directly from the barrel.
Edible Garden Tour & Tea Blending
Enjoy an hour-long guided walking tour with The Restaurant at JUSTIN’s expert Farmstead Manager in our edible chef garden. While enjoying a glass of Rosé, you will be introduced to a variety of unique fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Learn how we utilize these ingredients at JUSTIN, discover secrets to gardening, herbal remedies, plants utilized as natural insect repellents, and other insights into growing techniques. Conclude your experience with an opportunity to pick your favorite herb(s) and make a blended tisane (herbal tea), salt, or other garden take-a-way.
