Enjoy stunning views of our vineyards from our new Tasting Room. Bathed in natural light, it’s the perfect setting to learn about and taste our wines, including new vintages and limited releases. Heighten your wine-tasting experience with the best from local cheese makers. Taste five of our current releases while enjoying gorgeous views of our estate vineyards.
Hours: 10:00am to 4:30pm daily
Price: $15 per person, complimentary for Wine Society Members.
Reservations are required for groups of 8 or more available between 10:00am and 2:00pm with 48-hour advance notice.
Brunch and lunch patrons of The Restaurant also receive a complimentary, same-day tasting.

Experience all that the JUSTIN winemaking facility has to offer with a variety behind-the-scenes tours. Due to the nature of our tour experience, we ask that guests be 21 years of age or older.

Seminars covering various wine related topics conducted by our Winery Sommelier are held at the winery on selected weekends. Advance reservations are required.
The Restaurant at JUSTIN
Our beautifully redesigned restaurant offers the freshest local ingredients in dishes that reflect the changing seasons. Lunch, brunch and dinner are available, as is an award-winning wine list that offers selections from around the world and rarities from our cellar.

Assistant Tasting Room Manager
A California native and graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Rebecca joined the JUSTIN team in 2012. She enjoys the beautiful landscape that the winery has to offer, including the dramatic sunsets from the Tasting Room patio. Her favorite wine is the Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
Inn & Reservations Manager
Chalan is a native of the Central Coast and has lived in Paso Robles for seven years after obtaining a degree in Criminology from CSU Fresno. Chalan’s love affair with wine began in 2001 while working in Santa Ynez and has led to a wonderful and fulfilling career in wine and hospitality. Chalan joined the JUSTIN Team in 2013 as the JUST Inn and Reservations Manager; in her spare time she enjoys trips to the beach with her 11 year old English bulldog, Ella Veruca.
JIM Gerakaris, CWE
Winery Sommelier & Wine Educator
Jim joined the JUSTIN team in April of 2008. Jim is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers as well as a Certified Wine Educator through the Society of Wine Educators. Jim’s knack for explaining complex wine processes in an approachable and entertaining way makes him popular with guests and staff alike.
