Wine Society Intern:
Hours: 30-40 per week

Established in 1981, JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery produces world-class Bordeaux varietals. The JUSTIN Wine Society was one of the first wine clubs ever created, and is now one of the largest and most successful in the world. Flagship wines ISOSCELES and JUSTIFICATION have been internationally acclaimed for years, and JUSTIN Cabernet Sauvignon continues to be one of the most recognized brands in America. JUSTIN Wines are found in all fifty states and in upwards of 25 other countries, and the winery is fortunate enough to employ Master Sommelier Joseph Spellman, Chairman of the Court of Master Sommeliers. On property, the JUST Inn is a beautiful four suite bed and breakfast, and Deborah's Room is a small, fine dining restaurant featuring a wine list with a Wine Specator Award of Excellence, serving a five-course pairing dinner nightly and al fresco weekend lunches, The JUSTIN Tasting Room is open year-round from 10am until 6pm, and on the weekends, JUSTIN Wine Society members enjoy a private tasting room with a reserve tasting list, cheese pairings and barrel sampling in the elegant Wine Society Lounge.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide world class customer service and support over the phone and via email to JUSTIN Wine Society members and customers as it related to wine club shipments, daily orders, membership questions and updates, and addressing problems or complaints. Assist the Wine Society Coordinator and Wine Society Administrator in club shipments duties including, but not limited to, contacting declines, updating customer accounts, packaging shipments, and resolving shipping issues, Assist in Wine Society events and in the tasting room as needed. Other duties may include data entry and paperwork. Opportunity after intership to move to other departments within the company, including the JUSTIN Winery Tasting Room.
Compensation: We offer credit for school for this unpaid position and gas reimbursement.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist the Retail Sales Manager and the Marketing Manager with duties including, but not limited to, competition wine entry forms, flyers, wine club point of sales (POS), and other marketing materials as instructed. Construct and revise Press Books and Media Kits, possibly including placing orders for POS Materials as needed. Assistance in developing a large email marketing list (this task will require data entry). Assistance with email campaign. Potential to move to other departments within the company, including the JUSTIN Winery Tasting Room after completion of Internship.
**This internship will be based at the new JUSTIN Warehouse off of Highway 46 at 2265 Wisteria Lane in Paso Robles, NOT at the winery location.
Compensation: Unpaid - gas reimbursement available, course credit.

JUSTIN Sous Chef:
JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery is looking for a creative, passionate about food, Sous Chef to assist in our fine dining on site restaurant. The successful candidate will assist and lead kitchen and wait staff to provide the freshest, best food possible in accordance with the JUSTIN recipe standards; will assist with food cost management, ordering and inventory control. This exempt level position is accountable for management of staff and must be fiscally responsible in accordance with the management criteria set forth by the Executive Chef. Requires 2-3 years fine dining experience; formal culinary training/education a plus. Excelllent pay and benefits are offered with this full time oppurtunity.
