Join us in our ISOSCELES Center at JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery for our Harvest Festival Guest Chef Dinner featuring Chef Stephan Pyles of Stephan Pyles Restaurant in Dallas, TX!

Chef Stephan Pyles was the inaugural recipient of The James Beard Foundation’s award for Best Chef in America-Southwest and has received numerous awards including the AAA Five Diamond Award, Nation’s Restaurant News’ Fine Dining Hall of Fame Award, Restaurants and Institutions’ Ivy award and the American Academy of Achievement Award. He was chef-owner of both Routh Street Café in Texas and Goodfellows in Minneapolis and received the outstanding restaurateur award for both restaurants from the Texas Restaurant Association and the Minnesota Restaurant association. In 1994, Pyles opened Star Canyon, and during his tenure it was on the lists of "best new restaurants" in Esquire, Bon Appetit and Town and Country. In 1997, Pyles opened AquaKnox, a global seafood restaurant, to critical acclaim and it was named best new restaurant by Food and Wine. As a founding father of Southwestern Cuisine, Chef Pyles was the first Texan inducted into the James Beard Foundation’s Who’s Who of Food and Beverage in America. He was named “Chef of the Year” in 2006 by Esquire magazine and in addition to writing numerous cookbooks, he has appeared on Good Morning America and The Today Show. Download Menu

Dinners begin with a reception at 6:30pm followed by dinner at 7:00pm
Each seat is $150 per person or $120 per person for Wine Society members. Members are allowed a total of 4 discounted seats.
